SHIPPING NOW – Allnic raises the bar for vinyl playback value – again!

The NEW Allnic H-5500 phono stage is now available!

At an introductory price of $4500 USD, including free shipping anywhere in North America, it provides unrivalled analog price to performance value.

We’ve written previously about the upcoming release of the H-5500 phono-stage – and the time is here at last. A limited number of units of this exceptionally high value replacement for the popular H-1202 are available for immediate free shipping to anywhere in North America.

Just to review – the H-5500 offers the same NOS tube set as the H-1202 with:

  • a power supply double the capacity of the H-1202’s
  • DUAL MC and MM inputs
  • a redesigned, heavier, more solid aluminum chassis
  • a current meter for monitoring tube status

Relative to the H-1202, these features provide not only the ability to hook up 4 tonearms (2 with MC carts, and 2 with MM carts) simultaneously, but also greater balance throughout the frequency range and tighter, more powerful bass, in a chassis that resists vibration more effectively.

Thanks to Allnic’s ever amazing KS Park, the H-5500 provides better performance and more flexibility than the 1202 in a chassis that’s an example of true eye-candy industrial design, for a relatively modest cost increase. The H-5500 is, especially at its introductory price, a remarkable value.

And isn’t it the King of Cool?! Photos of the H-5500 in my small system and sounding amazing right out of the box, with the Allnic T-1500 MKII 300B integrated amp and Allnic’s Rose MC cartridge on the tonearm.

And, after just a few hours of warm up and play, there’s an expansion of sonic quality in all areas. Compared to the H-1202, I’m hearing deeper, more powerful bass, improved transparency, and – a bit of a revelation – really startling dynamics. I suppose the beefed up power supply accounts for much of this and could be expected, but I’m very pleasantly surprised – and impressed – by the level of improvement over what was already a wonderfully performing device, the H-1202.

Once again, hats off to Allnic’s KS Park, who continually surprises with his ability to improve on classic designs through innovative, creative thought, turning challenges into opportunities for significant improvements in sound quality and value – and most important, listener satisfaction.

I believe we can safely say that if you’re looking for the heart of a superb vinyl playback system, you will be hard-pressed indeed to find a phono-stage at anywhere near the price that performs to the level of the Allnic H-5500.

The number of units initially available is limited, so getting in now, especially at the intro price, is a great idea if you’re in the market for a new phono-stage. Please contact any of the fine dealers below to discuss.
